Started in 2012 by Erica Yitzhak, the Yitzhak Law Group is a boutique private practice firm, located in Great Neck, New York.

Erica T. Yitzhak Esq.

Managing Attorney

Erica Yitzhak is the Managing Attorney at the Yitzhak Law Group. She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Business from Washington University in St. Louis in 1996. After completing her undergraduate studies, Erica enrolled at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City to pursue her dream of attaining a Juris Doctor. Erica received her Doctorate of Law upon graduation from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1999. Upon the completion of her studies, Erica Yitzhak was admitted to the Bar in the State of New York in 2002. After 10 years in excelling in private practice law firms, Erica started her eponymous private practice law firm, The Yitzhak Law Group in 2012.


With 18 years of practice, and more to come - Erica Yitzhak has federal admission in Eastern and Southern districts. She has been awarded in 2018, 2019, and 2020, with the Lawyers of Distinction Award, and has been ranked as one of the 10 Best Female Attorneys in New York for Client Satisfaction by the American Institute of Family Law Attorneys. Erica is a member of both the Nassau County Bar Association and of the New York State Bar Association.

Michele M. Bowman Esq.

Senior Associate Attorney

Michele Bowman is the Senior Associate at the Yitzhak Law Group, where she focuses on commercial litigation, transactional corporate work, and personal and corporate bankruptcy matters. Prior to joining the firm, she was an in-house attorney at a global private equity company, assisting portfolio companies on day-to-day legal matters involving intellectual property, contracts, employment law, and operational issues. She also served on the company’s M&A team, assisting with legal due diligence on the buy-side in deals. Michele’s prior experience also includes work in the health care and compliance industries as a professional writer, as well as positions in legal marketing at AmLaw 100 and 200 firms in the New York City area.


Michele is licensed in both New York and Texas, and holds a JD from the University of Texas School of Law, an MFA in creative writing from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and a BA from the University of Texas at Austin, where she graduated with high honors from the Plan II Honors Liberal Arts Program.

Saradja Paul Esq.

Associate Attorney

Saradja Paul is the Associate Attorney at the Yitzhak Law Group, focusing mainly on matters for landlord-tenant litigation, foreclosure litigation, real estate transactions, estate matters, mediation, and intellectual property. Prior to joining the Yitzhak Law Group, Saradja graduated from St. John’s University School of Law, from where she earned her JD.


Upon graduation from St. John's University School of Law, Saradja was hired for a law firm specializing in residential real estate, and then moved on to work as the In-House counsel for a company specializing in Acquisition and Lending for commercial real estate deals. After acquiring practical work experience, Saradja completed her studies at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, and received her L.L.M. degree specializing in Intellectual Property. She is currently undergoing training to become a licensed mediator, and is licensed to practice in the State of New York.

Jenine Sumpter


Jenine Sumpter is the Paralegal at the Yitzhak Law Group. After attending Brooklyn College in 2003, Jenine accumulated extensive experience working in small law firms. In January of 2017, she began her employment at the Yitzhak Law Group, receiving her Notary Public License that same year. Jenine efficiently oversees all of the office administration and paralegal duties for the Yitzhak Law Group, as well as assists with the firm's real estate transactions. Jenine productively interacts with clients and attorneys in order to effectively handle client matters to the best of her ability, thus skillfully reflecting the Yitzhak Law Group's customer satisfaction promise. She is currently studying to receive her Real Estate License, so that she may successfully extend her legal expertise into the real estate market.

William Trizano

JD, not admitted

William Trizano graduated from Drexel University's Thomas R. Kline School of Law with a concentration in Business Entrepreneurship in 2020, following the completion of his bachelor's degree in Political Science from Franklin and Marshall College in 2017. 

After working with the Westchester County Supreme Court in New York as a Judicial Intern, William found his way to an internship position at the Yitzhak Law Group. He took the Bar Exam in October 2020 and is awaiting his results to practice as a fully licensed attorney at the Yitzhak Law Group. In the meantime, William is working closely with Erica to cultivate his legal expertise, focusing on commercial and residential real estate litigation, landlord-tenant litigation, foreclosure litigation, contract law, matrimonial and family law, and corporate law.

Rebecca Nasibi

Marketing Director

Rebecca Nasibi is the Marketing Director at the Yitzhak Law Group. Her position requires her to maintain client relations, manage the firm's social media, and creatively direct all website design, company branding, and overall aesthetic design. Rebecca graduated from Binghamton University with a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design. 


Immediately post graduation, Rebecca was hired as the lead social media producer for a startup media website, allowing her to cultivate and sharpen her skills proficiently. In April of 2019, Rebecca moved on to her position at the Yitzhak Law Group, where she redesigned the branding for the law firm using her graphic design and marketing experience.  Rebecca also acts as the Creative Director for Erica's personal lifestyle and "mom-focused" brand, The Nanny Nightmares, which is in its early stages of production.
